Femmes & TIC is a non profit and a non government organization, formed in September 2004 and registered under the n° 165, grouping all women, in majority engineers, operating in the sector ICT (Information and communication technologies) sector. Its mission is to give a dynamic rule to the Tunisian woman in the ICT sector by:

  • Helping Tunisian women to take profit from ICT in order to improve her family and social condition s and to consolidate more her professional position.
  • To assist Tunisian women to have a better understanding of the world by use ICT.

 

The association aims primarily at:
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of the numerical knowledge for the female community

  • Acting to spread the expertise and the use of the ICT in Tunisia, particularly among women, by several means: online content, seminars and trainings

  • Promoting and supporting the introduction of the ICT to the Tunisian families to firmly fix the digital culture among young people, children and women

  • Establishing national and international bonds with homologous organizations
